Jeffrey Etter
Jeffrey Etter is a specialist in medical device sales, a born entrepreneur, and a dedicated individual. He has experience in lead generation, patient engagement, real estate, and more. Additionally, Jeffrey is passionate about working out and overall physical well-being.
For the first twenty years of his professional career, Jeffrey Etter worked in medical device sales. One of his earliest roles was at TP Pharmaceuticals, where he was Specialty sales and Territory Manager. Following this, Jeffrey became a Territory Manager for Stryker. He worked here for five years before moving to Supreme Orthopedics as their Regional Manager.
That role led to an opportunity at Medtronic Neuromodulation, where Jeffrey Etter took on the familiar mantle of Territory Manager and became one of their Senior Field Sales Trainers. During the five years Jeffrey worked at the company, he ranked fourth in their Star Achievers Program and ninth in their President’s Club. Next, Jeffrey began working for Neuronetics, Inc. as a Business Development Manager. In this role, Jeffrey was responsible for marketing and selling the NeuroStar TMS system and TrakStar Cloud proprietary patient data management system to psychiatrists, hospitals, and state and local governments.
Jeffrey Etter most recently worked at Axonics Modulation Technologies as the Territory Manager/Field Sales and Clinical Training Manager. Jeffrey Etter was key in training more than 100 Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists through comprehensive sales and clinical training programs. Additionally, he successfully facilitated the rapid approval process and conversion of the #2 implanter in the state within a local Integrated Delivery Network (IDN).
However, in 2020, everything changed for Jeffrey Etter. The pandemic dealt the medical industry a blow, and Jeffrey took this as an opportunity to change his career path. In April 2020, Jeffrey founded Pulse DIGITAL. As the founder, Jeffrey provided comprehensive lead generation, nurturing, and conversion strategies tailored for medical practices and TMS clinics. He also innovated by developing and selling a HIPAA-compliant white-label SaaS solution to streamline the new patient onboarding process and facilitate telemedicine consultations.
Two years later, in 2022, Jeffrey Etter became a Realtor for Keller Williams. As a realtor, Jeffrey has worked hard to maintain high metrics and sales. He was awarded the Keller Williams Town Center Rookie of the Year award. In 2022, Jeffrey finished as one of the top fourteen percent agents in Hampton Roads (with 5MM in sales), and in 2023, he finished within the top ten percent (with +6MM in sales). Jeffrey leverages his expertise as a seasoned realtor to guide clients through seamless property transactions, ensuring their needs are met professionally and efficiently. He is dedicated to providing personalized service and achieving optimal results in real estate ventures.
In June 2024, Jeffrey Etter launched a new project. He is now Paycor’s major market sales executive. Jeffrey is now responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. He must also cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Jeffrey Etter is passionate and has many interests and hobbies outside of work. He cherishes time spent with his family and friends. Jeffrey is also passionate about working out and health. He loves baseball and is even a coach.
